As Surfrider foundation we focus on clean beaches, healthy oceans and safe surf spots. Within these goals we run three campaigns in the Netherlands.

 

The first campaign is Ocean Initiatives. This campaign focuses on (corporate) beach clean ups where we invite people and organisations to clean the beach with us and show them why this is important.

The second campaign is Ocean Friendly Restaurants. With this campaign we motivate and reward restaurants for sustainable choices.

And the last campaign (Coastal Defenders) takes water samples to monitor water quality at popular water sport beaches. With these samples we inform water enthusiasts and motivate polluters to change their ways.

Surfrider Foundation Netherlands is part of Surfrider Foundation International, and we have campaigns running throughout the world. Want to help protect the oceans and beaches?
